Do your prices include GST?
No — all prices listed are exclusive of GST (18%). You will see the GST line separately on every invoice, which you can use for input-tax credit.
What happens when I exhaust my AI parse quota?
You will see soft warnings at 60% and 80% of your monthly cap, and a clear upgrade prompt at 100%. Re-parsing the same resume within 30 days does NOT count against your quota.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and any days paid on your current plan are rolled forward onto the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
How does the 14-day trial work?
If your onboarding partner grants a trial, you get full access to the chosen plan for 14 days with no payment card required. At the end of the trial, a payment link activates the subscription.
What payment methods does Razorpay support for this?
UPI, all Indian debit and credit cards, net-banking from all major banks, and popular wallets. Your card data never touches our servers — Razorpay handles the hosted checkout end-to-end.
Is there a refund policy?
A full refund is available within the first 30 days of a new annual subscription. After 30 days, we move to pro-rated credit.
Can I self-serve the signup?
Today, activation is admin-assisted — your Protonnxt partner creates the tenant and shares a Razorpay payment link valid for 48 hours. Self-serve signup is on the roadmap.
Are existing customers affected by new pricing?
No. Existing customers are grandfathered on their current plan until renewal, at which point they can review the new pricing and choose to accept or downgrade.
